On April 19th, we held the inaugural public Dry Aging Steak Tasting Event at the Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel in Futian District, Shenzhen. We prepared six different aged ingredients for tasting. Representatives from approximately 800-1000 hotels, restaurants, food bloggers, and food media from the Bay Area attended the event to taste and explore. Intending clients were welcome to join us for tasting and networking.
