    Today we were invited by Goji Kitchen&Bar to explore the restaurant! This restaurant is attached to the Marriott Superstar Hotel . It's a very large restaurant that offers three buffets a day.


    Goji is very strict and confident about its ingredients, food and service. The restaurant's ingredients are all of very good quality and everything is exceptionally fresh. Today Chef Steve takes us on a delicious kitchen tour. We use top quality chilled beef imported from Australia, which is simply processed and then put into the SICAO dry aging refrigerator for dry aging.


    That's right! The steak cabinet that this restaurant is using is our SICAO Cooking Cabinet. They have added the dry-aged steak dish to their buffet menu.


    With the constant temperature and ventilation environment, plus UV sterilizing lamp, the beef will slowly produce cheese and nutty aroma in the dry aging refrigerator, and the texture will become more tender and easy to chew, which is very popular specialty steak practice in the past few years.
