The product warranty service starts from the date of the valid purchase invoice of the product. If there is no purchase invoice and sales voucher/sales contract, the last day of the production month (manufacturing number FD) will be the starting date of the warranty service. For machines without the above vouchers, you will not be able to enjoy the manufacturer's warranty service because there is no way to verify the purchase facts/real product information.

The warranty certificate includes the purchase invoice, product serial number and the relevant three-guarantee certificates officially designated by SICAO.

The warranty period for various products (excluding non-standard customized products) is as follows, minus the time taken up for repair and the time for repair without spare parts.If there is a performance failure within one year after receiving the product, we can provide free replacement parts to the consumers. The product's compressor has a three-year warranty, and we can offer remote guidance to the customers, or we can also find a technician to come and repair the machine for the customers.

Unless otherwise specified, the following items are not covered by free warranty and should be repaired for a fee.

1. Damage caused by improper handling, installation, use, maintenance, or storage by the user;
2. Repaired by the user or by a repair station not authorized by the manufacturer;
3. No warranty certificate or invalid certificate;
4. Damage caused by force majeure;
5. All losses and damages caused by factors beyond the control of the company, such as power supply, water source, temperature, humidity, etc.;
6. The product has exceeded the warranty period.

For SICAO products sold through unofficial and unauthorized channels, our company does not provide warranty services and reserves the right to refuse to provide after-sales services. In order to protect your legal rights and interests, please choose formal channels to purchase SICAO products.

If the customer orders an entire cabinet, we will provide 1% of the accessories as a credit that will be shipped along with the product.
