I put two pieces salt blocks in the stainless steel tray after cleaning the machine. And I set 5degree, 82% humidity,use protective gloves to put my flesh beef inside. Then I dont need to do anything, just remove the water if there any remaining water on the salt blocks. Perhaps I can enjoy the delicious beef soon.
